After 4 separate vacations to Maui and we had yet another absolutely stunning amazing delicious experience from Josh and his team! Being from Malibu, CA with amazing restaurants like Nobu within a 5 minute drive we certainly know fine dining cuisine, Fresh Island Catering is by far the best food I’ve ever eaten. Fresh fish, fantastic ingredients, great combinations of flavors, filling portions, immaculate plating. I can’t say enough positive things about our dining experiences with Chef!

Chef Joshua was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated his use of fresh, local ingredients. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire experience. We will definitely be having him cook for us again as often as possible and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great private chef.

Exceptional service from beginning of our trip to the end. Every meal was an amazing collection of flavours and the presentation was next level!! I appreciated the art in every presentation and each bite was perfectly crafted. At home I cook every meal and to have the privilege to be served and cooked for by Chef Josh was such a blessing!
